Poker Freeroll Bad Beat Story
I don't know if this is bad enough to be posted on your bulletin board, but just last night I was playing in one of UB free $50 guarantee poker tournaments. I was doing all right and then I was dealt A, K of hearts. Sounded good so I bet a nice sized opening bet and had 2 callers. The flop came out 9d, As, Ac. Now I have 3 aces, so I beat another hefty amount. The 1st guy folds, then the other guy raised me and went all in. I'm thinking to my self this guy must have the other Ace, but I knew he didn't have a better kicker then me so I called which actually put me all in and would have left him with less then $200. When the cards were flipped he did not have the other Ace, he was holding a 9s and a 10s. I'm thinking "all right, show me the money."
As long as runner, runner spades or 9's don't come out I'm in the clear.
Then turns the 5s. Then the flop, 7s. This guy went from having an almost completely dead hand to knocking me out of the free tournament. Either way, I love UB's free poker tournaments even if I receive a bad beat
